How the chain began

According to the chain's history, its founder — a young chef, Alain Coumont — was unhappy with the bread sold in Brussels and started baking it himself: organic sourdough bread made of flour, water, salt and time. The first café began with bread in 1990.

For those who want something more filling — a croissant with smoked beef ham and cheese. For those with a sweet tooth — a cinnamon swirl roll.
